New Support Group for Carers |

A New Support Group for Carers will meet at the Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership Offices, 4 Drumfinn Park, Ballyfermot on the 29th September at 3pm.
If you are feeling alone and isolated by your role as a carer, why not come along to the support group.
You can share with other carers, enlist their knowledge and support and partake in training sessions designed to meet carers needs.
All family carers are welcome.

The programme is supported by Age Action Ireland and The Health Service Executive to support services to carers in South Dublin, East Wicklow and Kildare/West and the Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership.
