The New Support Group for Carers will meet again at the Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership Offices, 4 Drumfinn Park, Ballyfermot on the 5th November at 11am If you are feeling alone and isolated by your role as a carer, why not come along to the support group.
You can share with other carers, enlist their knowledge and support and partake in training sessions designed to meet carers needs. All family carers from Ballyfermot, Chapelizod and surrounding areas are welcome. View poster here  the_carers_association 56.85 Kb
The programme is supported by Age Action Ireland,The Carers Association, The Health Service Executive to support services to carers in South Dublin, East Wicklow and Kildare/West and the Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership.
